OME Presents continues this Sunday March 15th from 9-11p at The Lost Leaf!
I know I say this each month but….I’M STOKED FOR THIS SHOW! First off we have my good friend Tsone (Tony Obr) who is a synth wizard. His ambient soundscapes move and morph from driving techno to beautiful collage to terrifying nightmare fuel with ease. He has a preternatural sense of space and sound that is inspiring and mesmerizing.
Then my good friend (they’re all “good friends” aren’t they?) Autumn McClintock will perform as Huemongrel. Huemongrel delicately and deftly toes the line between the avant-garde and folk singer-songwriter styles. Her beautiful soaring voice layers on top of her guitar playing and looping and her lyrics are personal, emotional, and vivid.
Finally, as always, BA.ND_01 (Black Air Non-Determined Ensemble) will close the night out with our funk-fueled desert avant-garde!
